Ultimately, Hamilton has cost Massa points, you simply can't say the same about Rosberg on Perez even if you consider the incidents otherwise identical, which I do not.

So Hamilton's responsible for where Massa ended up because of that incident, by that logic Hamilton should be last with his slow lap with damaged wing, pit stop to change the nose and drive through. But somehow he's in fifth and Massa's in ninth (I think). Sure it affected his race but it was far too early to ruin it, if it was any of the other driver in the top three teams they would have worked their way back up the field not given up.
