redbloodcell
Coming on to face tired legs is just the tonic Son needed, and switching up the midfield to a 3 helped to take the control of the game off Leicester when they were looking threatening. I don't want to ever see Perisic at RWB again 😅
Stoppy2000
Yep. 6 goals and we didn't even play that well!?! Madness. I want Son back smiling though.
Jammy
I was hoping Conte might have seen the light after switching to a three man midfield against Leicester…
Shimmyhill
We got our usual loss at the library and whether the red changed the result is debatable, some awful defending was the main cause but Arsenal dont seem to be anything special - plenty of fire and thunder but without lax defending they didnt look that threatening and the better teams should swat them aside. With 11 I think we could have still drawn or nicked a win even playing badly so status quo.

Yeah, unfortunate that Lloris had his customary seasonal monumental balls-up yesterday.

No idea why Kane decided that Gil was Peter Crouch when there was an easy low cross on. Ah well.
meatbin
Gill has looked exciting in his previous two cameos. He may not be the exact player we need going forward, but I hope we see more of him.

I still think he's a bit lightweight - especially with the new rules where the refs are letting more physical contact go. He could be good though.

Shimmyhill
Jolly decent of Everton popping along for a 90 min training session! Needed a game like that with the crazy schedule up to the corruption cup break.

It's rare that I'm comfortable watching us keep possession at the back.
Jammy
It seems that the stadium naming rights deal with Google is nearly over the line. Thoughts on the name ? I hope it’s something less obvious like The New Lane, but am fully expecting it to be the Google Stadium or something awful. Maybe The GoogleHeim ? I’d rather Google had nothing to to do with the club
milko
They've got Google Stadia branding going spare, just need to work the training ground into it for the plural.

englishbob
Watching on Amazon Prime versus Man U What is it with the short goal kicks and the back row? Heading for disaster there, it's nearly failed every time but they persist

Shimmyhill
We have done it for years, statistically you retain possession more often than the keeper hoofing it - that across all teams not just Spurs!
meatbin
We've got to make our counter attacking chances in this game count since we're letting United have everything.

englishbob
United will feel some sort of positive hope of how great they have played (given the punditry comments going on right now) but facts are we were piss poor tonight

I'd give Spence a game - at least he attempted to take his man on.
