Jesus, all they're doing now is talking about Jodie. Whether people evicted her to get her out, or whether everyone on the outside agrees with what Pete said to her. Maggot (a man whose band is completely dead in the water and is only in Big Bro to try and relaunch his painfully unfunny music career) has been quite vicious. I'm not sure I likes.

GLC are excellent, granted their recent stuff is nowhere near as funny as their music before they became recognized, but it's still the funniest thing in the charts. They really don't take it that seriously and i don't think they're really bothered about all the fame and stuff. Fame in their home town in Newport was plenty for them.

They still had pieces of chicken at the time the first conversation took place, it was only after that they decided to get a whole chicken and ages after that that they decided people couldn't use the quorn. Not only that but its not like they didn't have anything to go along with the pasta if Rula could manage to make a whole damned shepards pie.

As far as the way he reacted. do you ever read anything that isnt insulting your beloved Jodie because I did say

Very good link, first few paras were spot on.

However, Barrymore did take it too far with him constantly starting on Jodie.  So I'm with Adverse_Camber on this one.

You have to remember though, it's damned easy for us to say "oh he went too far" when we are watching it but they are in there with her 24/7. It hasn't been just Barrymore having a go at her.

With the exception of Preston and Chantelle, everyone in that house has had a go at her at some point and 9 of them voted her to go out so obviously there has to be some reason that they chose to do so.

I don't even like the girl, Kam. But you have to be fair. People in this thread have turned into a tabloid newspaper, desperately trying to find stories out of nothing to slam her down with.

As you seem to enjoy it so much, would you care to defend poor innocent Jodie's comment "I have a problem with people dying in swimming pools but I dont say anything?" because I'd say that was lower and nastier than anything Barrymore said to her.

And Wickedkitten, I'm no fan of Jodie's, but if you think Barrymore's tirade about the quorn was in any way justified you're mental. Not only was it a totally reasonable request, but it was just that, a request. There was no insistance or anything, her and Chantelle were just asking about it. And Barrymore just took it totally as an excuse to have a go at her.

When doing the shopping list Rula and Faria were told by Chantelle that there was plenty of Quorn left. Most of the HMs, including Jodie, then discussed whether they should leave meat off the list completely and all just use the Quorn (there was only a small amount of chicken left and no other meat). Jodie and Chantelle agreed to this. At that point Michael suggested that, as it was for 6 days, they should put one chicken on the list as that could supply 2-3 meals for the meat-eaters, including a soup. This was discussed and agreed but it was reinterated, and agreed upon, that the Quorn would be the HMs main source of protein for the week.

So Faria and Rula only put one chicken on the list and no other meat. There was to be plenty Quorn.

After the list was submitted to BB, and couldn't be altered, Jodie persuaded Chantelle that they should then claim all the Quorn for themselves and not stick to their original agreement with the HMs. Chantelle had pointed out that all the shopping was for all the HMs but Jodie maintained that Quorn should just be for vegetarians. Jodie then told the other HMs that the Quorn was ring-fenced. Michael reacted by pointing out the earlier agreement etc and Jodie became a 'victim'.

As no Quorn was put on the shopping list Chantelle went to Jodie and discussed what the veggies should eat if the Quorn was used for everyone when there was meat left in the fridge and on the shopping list. They agreed the veggies should get first preference for the Quorn until the meat ran out and any that was left over after that should be shared amongst all HMs. She then explained that to Michael who went off at Jodie about it when she re-emphasised they couldn't eat the meat because they were vegetarians (admittedly a bit rudely) because he had wrongly assumed they were having a go about him using Quorn to make lunch earlier on.

Once they made him understand they were not having a go at him about lunch and explained about the Quorn again he apologised to Jodie.

I hope Jodie gets a fat sackload of letters of support, and that Barrymore checks himself into some kind of clinic back in New Zealand.

I also (ridiculously naively perhaps) hope that Jordan can find it within herself to extend a hand of friendship to Jodie after all this.

First sentence - I don't, Jodie is too anal to get any kind of support with the way she acted in the house (see all my posts earlier in this thread).

Second sentence - friendship? Surely Jodie should offer first seeing as it is her who started the whole thing (and continued it by mentioning her in the house more than once). Jordan has got better things to do than go anywhere near Jodie... like look after her two kids and her husband. The onus is on Jodie to make amends.

Until then I'd been in a year-long relationship with him and didn't feel I had any reason to worry as I had been tested (and given the all clear) prior to getting with him. It was actually catching something from his diseased cock that made me aware of the fact that he must have cheated on me. I like to think I'm a good role model to young girls, and again, as I said above; if any good comes out of them following in my footsteps and going down to the clinic and/or being more careful with their sexual activities then I think I've done right in telling the world.
