Celebrity Big Brother

He's a shadow of his former self. I don't think anyone will offer him TV work while he's so obviously depressed and confused. He speaks like Ozzy Osbourne.

Didn't stop Ozzy getting an extremely successful TV show which ran for a few seasons. "At home with Barrymore" would probably get a lot of UK viewers, although the same viewers who vote Ant and Dec in TV Award shows. Barrymore's predicted a lot of things which will no doubt happen with the tabloids because he's been through it all before.

That's funny. No-one seems to be bullying Dennis for being a tart.

The reason for that is Dennis Rodman doesn't pretend his not a 'tart'. He doesn't spent the day moaning about how bad it is that everyone percieves him in a certain way, and then goes and acts exactly in that way. It's not her slutty behaviour that leads to bullying, but her hypocracy.

That said, the rest of the house are just as bad.

For example, Everyone has a go at her for her extremely stupid eskimo statements, but I thought it was pretty stupid of Geogre to bring them up in the first place. Jodie was talking about how it's wrong to kill animals *for fashion*, which is a fair enough point, not for sirvival. It's a completely different subject.

Also, them having a go at her for going into the diary room with chanelle- trying to make out that it's agianst the rules when clearly it isn't. Also the hypocracy of them having a go at her for talking about them in the diary room while at the very same time bitching about her while she was in there.

George Galloways patronising how can a 'child talk to an adult like that'- last time i checked adults don't spend have the time crying in the garden.

They blame her for things beyond her control. She made Barrymore cry. She made chantelle become rude. Surely Chantelle is old enough to make up her own mind as to how she acts, if she choses to side with Jodie thats fine- they don't know her- it's not thier job to guide her on the right path.

Having said that, nearly all of they what they said about jodie *is* completely true.

If she's out tonight, let's see if there's a "MY BIG BROTHER HELL" type story in Sunday's NOTW. I think Barrymore's theory may be correct.

I don't know what you think they're in the house for.. a laugh? Charity? Don't be daft. All of them are there to make money and reignite their flagging careers. (Except Galloway, perhaps.) So yes, expect a lot of "My BB Hell" stories in the press after they all come out.

You're on the money there, Delargey. And you too Adverse_camber (in your last post, that is).

Indeed.

That's she's a slag? Probably. I don't especially like what little I know of Jodie Marsh. I took a big sigh when I found out she was going in - didn't she already do The Games? However, I also believe no-one should be treated like she has been in there - none of them. I can't stand Barrymore, but I wouldn't condone such acts if he were on the receiving end, either.

The fact half this thread seems to think that it is acceptable for someone to be constantly hounded in this way is a sad reflection on us as a society.

Bless you. I hope you weren't one of the forumites I called an idiot earlier.

What did Marsh do before she was on this show? I've heard her name but don't have a clue about her life.

I'm loving watching all this degenerate celebrity human trash disintegrating before our very eyes, I feel like poking Barrymore with a stick until he completely falls apart. Brilliant TV.

Thankee.

What gets me is how unsavvy the celebrities are, more than the normal contestants they've gone in there with preconcieved ideas about how they want to be precieved and what they want this show to do to there career, yet, half of them still act like twats. Nothing drives a celebritity mad like BB.

There are two shows on TV that I cannot watch and for the same reason. They are Celebrity Big Brother and Chimp Week.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks. Honestly, if you're going to claim you cannot watch Celebrity Big Brother, don't follow it up with an article about your thoughts on the latest goings-on in Celebrity Big Brother.

Precisely. She's a mass of contradictions, who before 2005 said that she would never go into the BB house herself. So what did she do?

Uncle Nasty, she is a "glamour" model, who gets her tits out for Maxim, Nuts, Loaded, etc. She became famous when she slagged off Jordan and proclaimed herself Jordan's replacement. You can see how that went down with the general public.

That and saying who she may or may have not have fucked is no ones business when she wrote it all in a book and made it public knowledge anyways.

I'd just like to pin my colours to Adverse Camber's mast. Marsh is objectionable, but she's being harshly treated by the rest of them.

But I've realised over the years that that's the way BB viewers like it. Take last year's show, the public wanted Saskia and Maxwell's blood and wanted to see Team Makosi win the battle in the house. Then when Saskia and Maxwell were defeated everyone turned on the members of Team Makosi, and particularly Makosi herself.

I'm sure if Jodie goes tonight, everyone will then want to see Barrymore and Pete Burns get their comeuppance for their actions which we've allowed to pass this week because BB is now like a blood sport for the general public. It's all just about watching people crying and having breakdowns, and if possible, the odd suicide. That's what we all want: someone to commit suicide in the BB house.

If you're a contensant, the only way to play it now is like Preston: just agree with everyone and run away from all confrontation and you're a certainty to win. Well, as long as you're handsome.

Oh, boo hoo. She made a career out of being "harsh" towards other celebrities. It's ok for her to call Abi Titmuss, Jade Goodie and other Z-list celebs ugly (and much worse) but when someone tells her the truth she's "being bullied"? Go and read her blog and you'll see what a bitch she is.

Awful woman - needy, emotionally manipulative and a professional victim. And I find it truly hilarious how her deluded chav fans (not on here) feel the need to point out she's "a young girl, being picked on by three middle aged men!" In case they didn't notice, Jodie is 27 which means she'll be 30 in a few years. Harldy some little kid FFS.

Hopefully she'll be kicked out tonight, because yesterdays episode was hilarious and proves the show's better when she's not around making everyone feel miserable with her pathetic victim act.

Oh and is it any wonder nobody wants to be friends with her when she's known for bitching about people, very personally, to the press? She's already threatened to include Pete in her next book, to which Pete responded: "Oh good, I've never been in a fuzzy felt book before" ^_^

Jesus.

Do you not even see how daft that is? You think it's okay for her to be bullied in a house, just because she might have said some bad things about other people outside?

None of us know her, or any of them in there. They should be judged, and treated, according to how they are in the house. That's kinda the point.

Well dunno about the rest but for me I am judging her by how she acts in the house (which in my opinion is utterly objectionable). The mere fact that she is known for that outside the house just confirms it.
