Bugbear made the closest thing to a Saturn version we'll see :(

Technically it was SRS, Bugbear handled the PSP port.

Looking forward to SROA tomorrow, I stopped playing Revo after a while due to the inability to restart if you screwed things up in the tougher single player championships.

Hopefully the SR'95 cars are in there as unlockables too :D

The PSP game by Bugbear wasn't the same game as the 360/PS3 one.

Yeah it's definitely not 60fps 30 sounds about right - from one quick blast there's not much to distinguish this from SRR - I'm now thinking I'll hold out for Dirt3 don't really need two rally titles at the same time.

Yeah had a few goes now - demo is one track (Tropical) and one car (Impreza) - I haven't played revo for ages but this just feels the same.

Irony being Revo has been on games on demand for a while now so for more points you get a LOT more game...

Glad I hit up the trial first.

The disc version is dirt cheap these days too.

60fps was a dealbuster for me, already have revo... really wanted a 60fps Sega Rally. :( Gutted isn't the word. 13 years after sega rally 2's Dreamcast stillbirth, and they STILL can't do 60fps. Incompetence.

They've messed up the controls a bit too. In Sega Rally Revo when playing from the external view, the car didn't feel as stiff to control as it does in this version. Also, they've removed one of the external views in this version, so now there's only the external view that's very close to the car, and it's also the view I never liked to use in Revo

And when playing from the external view, the car is fixed in view and no longer moves when you take turns and stuff. Don't know if that makes sense, but when you play it you'll probably understand what I mean.

In short - they fucked up with this.

Don't understand how Forza 3 can run at 60, with all that physics running, yet a 5 year old arcade game, designed to be 60fps can't do it. Who were the devs? :(

Sumo made this.

They did 60 FPS in OutRun 2 on the original Xbox and the one for XBLA.
