Edit: Looking at it again would it not make more sence to have a regular scale at the side from say zero to ten thou' rather than the rather strange figures at the side? Maybe make the bars thinner and fit more people in too? Top 5 maybe?

yeah I was thinking of putting more people in, I'll take a look, see what looks good.

I'm using the following to generate the chart: Chart I'm take a look to see if I can make the Y-Axis more sensible (This is what you mean right?)

If somebody new moves into the top three does the chart update on it's own or do you have to do it? Don't give yourself too much to do!

Just the ticket although you need a higher top score. Maybe set it at 6 or 7k?
