Hmm, my 3-in-1 ezflash thing for the DS says "can't load a file about 16mb in PSRAM"- the Mother 3 file is 32mb. Is there anyway round it? If I try and load the game directly it doesn't work and I've tried it in NOR mode but that doesn't work either. Works fine on the Virtual Boy emulator on the Mac but was hoping to play it on the DS... anybody know a solution? (And sorry for ruining the sheer joy with some dull technical questions... ) edit : ah, got it working in NOR mode, had to copy the game first or something to get it going which took a while but... hello Mother..!

Oh God, Oh jesus. Soooooooooo excited!!!! First Mother game i'm about to play. Just one question. I'm playing on the VBA-M (Visual Boy Advance and i can't find out which buttons of the GBA are mapped to the buttons of my keyboard. Does anyone know this?

Otherwise:

Got to Options and then Configure Keys and you can just put in your own settings (at least on the Mac version you can). Edit: beaten to it... slow fingers..

I don't think it is actually explained in game... you just need to listen to the rhythm of the music. If you put an enemy to sleep the rhythm becomes more apparent, you'll get a battle log in Chapter 2 that lets you re-fight any enemy you've come across so you can practice then.
