Massive doff of the hat to ThreeBs who stuck it out pushing any small edge, forcing me into a mistake that should've seen him right back in it.  Of my three heads up finishes that was by far the toughest.

I had to try and push you at the end otherwise you would have just run away with it.

I didn't really get any cards for the first hour, so had to make the most of them when I got anything near decent.

Although you rivered me on that last hand, I'd had my share of the luck on a couple of hands earlier, particularly against Pants (sorry Pants). 1st an A on the turn paired my pocket AJ to crack his pocket KK, then I picked up a miraculous K Q J & 9 to go with my 10 to knock him out.

Another great game.....thanks to Tom for orgainising again.

Yep, there tends to be plenty of banter flying around, although it obviously gets a bit quieter when people are closer to the money. Even then we tend to have the guys who were knocked out earlier sticking around and commenting on things, so it's all good.
