  23. With Chosty's Favourite Films of the Decade topics coming to an end this week I was wondering if it was time we turned our attention to television. This thread is to gauge general interest in the concept (is the forum all listed out after the mammoth film threads?) as well as finalising the format. Using the basic elements of the aforementioned film topics, people can list up to 20 of their favourite TV programmes in each of the given categories.
