  1. Yesterday I discovered The Big Flower Fight (I think that's what it's called!) on Netflix. Very much the Bake Off model and all about florists creating crazy floral sculptures. I've quite enjoyed the first two episodes and learning a bit about this area. Vic Reeves and Natasha Demetriou are the 'Mel and Sue' pairing, which seemed slightly random but it's all very nice. I also watched the one about Interior Design a while ago that was quite enjoyable. Love all these types of shows!
  2. I thought it was really lovely. Gorgeous animation, chucklesome AND full of heart.
  3. Probably a silly nooby question but just started playing this and wondering if I'm missing something.... Now earning nook miles+ and can see the 5 x2 multipliers at the top of the screen but can't seem to click on them to claim them? Should I be able to? I can scroll through all the different objectives and click on them below them and get those nook miles. Thank you!
  4. I haven't read the book but I loved this. It just felt very real and it looked gorgeous. The lead actors were excellent.
  5. Oh man... Definitely Once More With Feeling0(Buffy musical episode) - can't believe I forgot that! Weirdly, I quite like the 2 Pints of Lager musical episode too - thought it was done really well. And definitely the original Beauty and The Beast, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King. Gorgeous music.
  6. Little Shop of Horrors. I just love it.
  7. I LOVE the original Heather's but this new one just made me sad. And I normally like lots of shit stuff! I know there's been a Heathers musical. Does anyone know about that?
  8. I love it! Eagerly waiting for next series to appear on Netflix.
  9. http://www.rllmukforum.com/index.php?/topic/290859-your-blog/ Delay posted this the other day; seems quite a few people on here have blogs....they might be able to help if you draw their attention to this thread.
  10. They're all insane. Some very odd reactions to things in the house. The David Best dead thing made me cry with laughter.
  11. Ignite to look forward to in Jan in London. Millecolinin Feb, who while they aren't necessarily a favourite band, soundtracked a lot of good moments and will be awesome!
  12. I laughed hard over the crappy 'Moroccan' dinner and drinks with lettuce. I nearly cried over the cheese.
  13. Just finished it. Thought it was good....but oh my god, so mentally draining at points.
  14. The beginning of the episode frustrated me but as it went on....oh man, it was so tense. I was about to wet myself. The ending. I'm not ashamed to say I didn't see it coming but am now desperate for the final one!
  15. Oh God, just played all ep 3 this afternoon. Found some bits a bit less engaging this ep (felt there was a lot of wandering around to find items and the diner scene was a bit tedious) but generally was feeling tense and conflicted! Interested (as others have said) to see where it goes next....
  16. Oh god, the relay task on now!
  17. Not sure if this has been mentioned...but my colleague shared this one with all of us the other day. It's great! Very amusing and I love the designs for the animals. http://www.amazon.co.uk/I-Want-My-Hat-Back/dp/1406338532 http://36pages.com/i-want-my-hat-back/ snippet of the book!
  18. Aww! We gotta be nice to each other in here guys.
  19. I've liked seeing what all the past finalists/winners have been up to since MC this series.
  20. Saw this today. Eurgh....it really wasn't very good. Disappointing.
  21. Nail-biting final tonight... Thoughts?
  22. I saw that the other day and was a bit "oh....a Lisa ep..."....but then I remembered how good it was, for many of the parts you've mentioned. Like you said...it seemed effortless. I liked this bit too: Ralph: "Um, Miss Hoover?" Miss Hoover: "Yes, Ralph, what is it?" Ralph: "My worm went in my mouth and then I ate it. Can I have another one?" Miss Hoover: "No, Ralph, there aren't any more. Just try to sleep while the other children are learning." Ralph: "Oh boy, sleep! That's where I'm a Viking!"
