  1. https://9to5mac.com/2021/09/10/apple-not-required-to-let-fortnite-back-on-the-app-store-despite-epic-ruling/ (2) a declaration that (i) Apple’s termination of the DPLA and the related agreements between Epic Games and Apple was valid, lawful, and enforceable, and (ii) Apple has the contractual right to terminate its DPLA with any or all of Epic Games’ wholly owned subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or other entities under Epic Games’ control at any time and at Apple’s sole discretion. They already have blocked them, and could do more by also blocking Unreal engine if they wanted to. Doing any of these things wouldn’t be painting a target on their back, the judge’s ruling states that apple have sole discretion for who they want to do business with, they can’t be forced to carry Epic games on the App Store if they don’t want to. This whole thing is probably great for everyone else but Epic.
  2. Apple are under no obligation to allow Fortnite or any other Epic game back into the App Store. Epic aren’t going to be able to make use of this ruling.
  3. I still can’t help but marvel at how creatively bankrupt all this is.
  4. I just want the other three games on Switch (Apollo Justice etc.)
  5. Neither Prometheus nor Covenant are great films. However, compared with any of the AVP films, and possibly Alien Resurrection, they at least have something to say.
  6. This was part of the plot of the first Aliens vs Predator film, just without David!
  7. haha, it is indeed!
  8. You have to open the box.
  9. No, but there was a cheat for extra continues. Yes it did. It’s not random, it follows a pattern of ring then ghost, then extra life, in each level.
