Fuck it, got Bomb Chicken instead, had 200 Gold points sitting in my account so might as well spend them (that's how they get ya!).

The Cycle - New Sci-Fi FPS from Yager

It'll be PvEvP. Sort of like Hunt: Showdown. Also from a German dev I just realized!
  5. Sign up for the Alpha test Release Date: Early Access late 2018 ABOUT Seems like we're finally getting a proper new title from Yager! Looks like Avatar x Horizon x a loot-em-up.
  6. Did I mention I was a bit of a Warframe fanboy btw? A Frameboy if you will!
  7. I don't even see the ads and I've got uBlock disabled on RPS!
  8. This is what it looks like when a company has lost all self awareness and knows no shame.
  9. Got this through my Twitch Prime subscription which was a pleasant surprise as I've had it on my wishlist ever since it came out. I'm only playing it in short bursts mind you as this game is trippy as hell! I can only take so many distorted scenes and jumpscares before having to have a lie down lol. And despite the fact that some elements can be very tedious (the mindjack bits, as mentioned by Alan Stock) it's all very intriguing nonetheless. It's as if Get Even (yay) had a baby with Layers of Fear (meh), for better or worse. The adventure/detective bits work better than the horror parts in that regard. I'm also not a fan of Rutger Hauer's performance as he sounds completely uninterested and just mumbles his way through his lines. I can see why they wanted him for the role though but yeah... he just sounds old and bored. Anyway the presentation is incredible and honestly caught me off guard when I first started playing. So much so that it took me a while to adjust (although that might be due to the piss poor FOV which I've had to manually adjust in an ini file). Regardless, the environmental detail is terrific as even though you barely interact with animated characters the amount of work they've put into the visual and audio design truly does make it feel like a lived in world that isn't just created for the player to roam around in. Looking forward to seeing where it all goes!
  10. £1 from Poundland!
  11. "Fuck Batman" I don't care if that's a comic thing or not, it's terrible either way.
  12. Are there any planets in that game that don't feature phallic scenery?

Good guy Epic. Making bank but not at the expensive of a positive ethos. They're on a roll lately. Compare and contrast that to how Valve is perceived as of late.
