Seems like a poor strategy when you see in infra-red, tbh.

Agree about the dog. I still can't watch I Am Legend again...

Is it just me, or is the "paste deck" function currently broken?

Depends on whether you have other people who are willing to sit round the table, I guess.

I did the original Kickstarter, but have only just got it off the shelf of shame. I certainly didn't pay close to the £40-odd it seems to be selling for now!

Enjoyed our first Xmas play of Kabuto Sumo. Surprisingly thinky and quite beautiful dexterity game. Guess who won from this position?

Disney Plus - Now with even more movies & TV shows

This stuff in spoilers above re the Baron - does anyone else remember what an amazing job the audio book does of the Baron's dialogue?

There seem to be plenty of of other crummy films I can book at the weekend though, so I'm not optimistic.

OK, daughter and I were all set to see this next weekend (6th Nov) as the wife is away. And now it appears it's only in cinemas until Thursday??? Since when did massively anticipated blockbuster movies only run for a fortnight in cinemas?

OK, so we're all booked for 2 days of masked gaming fun. Bizarrely, we are always really annoyed at the NEC's £12-per-day parking fees, but when we booked for 2 days' parking it cost £14.40. And Mrs Padster gets to go to the quilting show on Sunday too
