  1. I reckon Bimini and Tayce will do better off the back of this series than Lawrence will, looking forward to seeing what they do next. But yeah Bimini wuz robbed!
  2. It did feel like Sister Sister was stitched up, I think Tayce and Bimini ‘deserved’ to be lip syncing. What a relief when Ru picked Sister and I knew my two faves were staying in! ’Photosynthesister sister’ was a good gag tho
  3. I’m in love with Tayce but I’d be happy if Bimini won it too. Only remaining queen I don’t like is Sister Sister I think, go home next please.
  4. I want a new Electroplankton, if that counts. Would be perfect for the eshop and it could make use of gyro controls as well as the touch screen. Maybe some daft Labo integration too.
  5. Over the Garden Wall was wonderful and I've never read Redwall, so I'm in for McHale.
  6. sorting through my life drawing folder in Procreate. Have really missed this during lockdown(s).
  7. Also want to recommend The Silent Partner, one of my favourite discoveries of last year. Plummer’s one of the all time great screen psychos.
  8. You could try Laika’s stuff if you haven’t already (Paranorman, Missing Link, Boxtrolls etc.)
  9. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shug_Monkey
  10. Rituals Long Weekend And obviously Southern Comfort, if you haven’t already seen it.
  11. Nidhogg. I’ve played at least 9 of my friends and never lost, from which we can assume that I am unbeatable.
  12. If picking ‘characters’ was their top priority, why would they go for Dave?
  13. I thought Bastion was mediocre and I never played Transistor so I came to this with similar doubts and I’m really enjoying it. I might have to turn the voice volume to 0 though because the main character’s rubbish English accent is setting my teeth on edge.
  14. There was definitely a 50s nostalgia moment in the late 70s/early 80s, at least in the US. Maybe jump started by Grease? BTTF and Dirty Dancing as Who mentioned plus Stand By Me, Streets of Fire and The Monster Squad, remakes of classic 50s sci fi and horror movies like Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Cat People, The Thing, The Blob, Invaders from Mars and The Fly (and a renewed fear of nuclear holocaust). Happy Days ran until 1984. There was a revival of interest in rockabilly music and offshoots like psychobilly, The Misfits and The Cramps’ aesthetic was taken from 50s B horror films. Elvira was Vampira updated for an 80s audience. Loads of stuff if you go looking for it. Entirely off topic though, sorry!
  15. A small one but it makes me laugh whenever I think of it (quite often actually)
  16. First attempt and it's horrible Rage Against the Machine & MC Hammer - Touch This The Name https://rave.dj/2dvWaFl3Nfsdzw
  17. If any of the minds behind R6 Siege and the AC multiplayer modes are involved then I’m interested. The latter was brilliant (AC Brotherhood’s at least) and not enough people played it.
  18. Not great at this but I like it. I’m megadrivetoo#2100, add me if you like.
  19. Can the Capcom game either be Powerstone Collection OR Ultra SFIV with all costume DLC included.
  20. Normal splatfest lets you play with friends, Pro doesn’t. So if you’re solo queuing Pro might be better, to avoid being rolled by organised squads (squids).
