Mine shipped from NCSX 8 days ago. Should be imminent, unless the posty has wanged it. Was really hoping for some chill-out time with my DS this weekend. Slightly OT, but what a revelation the machine has been. My first games: Mario Kart - best version of a classic Ouendan - best game of the last 12 months Animal Crossing: WW - growing into it. It just eats time. Zookeeper - hypnotic fun in short bursts. And now Electroplankton - a supposed chill out melody maker for some mellow experimentation. Still have the delights of Phoenix Wright, Nintendogs, Mario and Luigi and lots of other classics to look forward to. Sodding hell. I already think the DS knocks every other machine (EVER) on its arse.

Let's guess that he meant its removal is annoying AS the effect was gorgeous.

Thanks, Dude. I think this really is about the best game I've played in the last 12 months. It just sums up what games are about. Insane fun, with a big grin. Sure, it's slightly frustrating, but you do just keep going back. And ultimately it delivers hugely rewarding entertainment. No next gen graphics needed, just perfect use of an ingenius interface. Time to put the soundtrack on at work!

Got a B, but was dying on me arse at the end, did the last two segments first time, but my bar was all but gone, and my cheerleader was seriously PO'd. Have it!! You beauty. Seriously good game feeling !! Anyway, thanks for all your support gang. Sprite/Moosey/Iza. Oh, and having decent headphones on really helped (rather than the PSP ones I was using ). Now, I know it gets harder from here, but I am seriously re-energised and ready for the next level. Come on!!!!

Never had my gates open, not online yet. Anyway, had a visit from Dotty the rabbit this morning, and this time I hung around outside. Come the appointed hour she hadn't appeared. So I went inside and a minute or so later, she knocked at the door. Hurrah! Perhaps the others deliberately stood me up. Different animal personalties and all that? Anyway, today is a happy day, as we have our newly enlarged house from Tom Nook (with a nice green roof) and he is about to expand his shop, too. Definitel need some new wallpaper to go with my rotating space station (a present from the missus). Lovely, silly, involving game....

Good game tonight. Had some monster pocket cards all night. At least three lots of cowboys and a set of rockets against someone's KK (sorry, whoever it was!) Still, the better man won the heads-up. Well done Stifler. j.

Only just started playing. But 3 times I have invited villagers over to my house, and on each occassion I waited in for them to arrive. The time came and went and nothing happened. When challenged later, they blamed me for not being in and got in a right huff. What am I doing wrong? There was no knock on the door. Should I wait inside or outside the house? I am getting a lot of annoyed animals!

Not really followed all of this Highbury shenanigans, but am I right to assume that there is currently no GamesTM issue 41 published (the one due on Jan 26th)? But it will be published at some point in the future by Imagine, Highbury's new owners? Is that the crux?
