Years ago, I was sitting on a train playing on my GBA. The train was coming towards a stop and this kid and her mum got up to get off. As the kid was passing my seat she saw the GBA and stopped to ask what I was playing. It wasn't exactly embarrassment, but I didn't want to have to say the name 'Tales of Phantasia' and then get into any follow up questions. To my great shame I ended up replying 'mind your own business', as if it was terribly rude to just ask a stranger what they were playing. And then her mum called back for her to huirry up, so that was that. Bad me.

    This is just...

Why didn’t you just say “an RPG” or something?

Conclusion: there is a u in yakuza after all. What a rollercoaster.

I understood what Dekay was struggling to say, and I knew he was right, but I think of all the people on the forum to listen to for advice about, well, being right about anything at all, Dekay surely must be very nearly at the bottom of the list.

Like, I started doubting my own knowledge because what he said agreed with me.

When I worked in a games shop many moons ago a guy would often come in asking about "Shenmooie".

I never did correct him. In the 4 months he came in and talked about it I never did correct him. Didn't want to embarrass him.

Made me smile on the inside.

I reckon at least 50% of people called it Shenmooey, this was early internet days man.

Yea, I always liked Gremlins 2.

The password for the last level has stuck with me for the past 30 years, I’ve never forgotten it.

No idea why, but it’s never left my brain.

Balloons are the key. You get a couple and you can skip massive chunks of a level. Pretty sure it’s how I cleared one of the later levels after many attempts.

    Omg SAME!

Taliah was was put into the pit as a child. Let's say she was 8 years old ( probably younger). Bane, who let's say was 20 then, looked after her.

She is now high up on the boards of Wayne Enterprises. Let's say, very charitably, that she's managed to do that by the age of 35.

Given the very generous timeframes I've laid out there, which are actually pretty unrealistic, Bane is at least 47. He's likely a lot older than that.

This film is truly stinking with plot holes.

She could easily be 31 and Bane early 40s. The Rock is 48.
