  1. Why do English people only eat this type of stuffing?

    Nowt wrong with Paxo.
  2. Is "Game" finished?

    Got a link?
  3. Is "Game" finished?

I didn't think 20 years out of a EPOS system was unheard of. Game re-did all there's back in ...actually can't remember. When they spunked all that money on "Supersonic" that they scrapped a couple of years later (bet Deloitte were laughing their cocks off though).
  4. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

I'm pretty disappointed with the ending. Just seemed to be getting into it, then bam, it's over. No doubt a DLC will flesh it out
  5. GAF Meltdown - owner accused

At the risk of sounding like an apologist or victim blaming, which I have no intention of, the bit I can't quite wrap my head around is that if she felt "disgusted" by his pervy shower ploy, why then get into a physical relationship with him after the fact? She was disgusted enough that she has had to wait this long before having the courage to reveal what happened. But wasn't disgusted enough to end up in bed with him anyway (presuming that's what the physical relationship is inferring)? I just can't wire it up. Can anyone shed some light?
  6. Blade Runner 2049

I wish, the local was charging £18.50 a ticket. Fucking un-believ-able.
  7. Blade Runner 2049

Well obviously those are benefits. My point was, for a majority of people IMAX or any other large screen format would suffice, rather than IMAX specifically. Printworks and a couple of others are exceptions because they're 'proper' IMAX. Rest of the country has the Digital ones that people online like to call 'LIEMAX'. Metro Centre screen for example is 9.94x18, Norwich is 8.72m x 16.16m, ditto Southampton. Wasn't aware of the Open Matte being an IMAX only thing. So I'll stand corrected (though I suspect to the majority they probably wouldn't be that arsed when the tickets are twice the price!)
  8. Blade Runner 2049

I keep seeing people say this, and appreciate that what you're basically saying is "Watch this on the best screen possible". However, the film wasn't filmed in IMAX at all, so there is no benefit beyond the large screen format/resolution to go see it in IMAX. So your VUE Extreme or whatever large format screen should be just as good if not the same.

  10. Greggs Omelette... does it exist?

Yeah my local ones always have them in.
  11. Iron Harvest "mech" WW1(ish) RTS PC, PS4 XBOX1

Saw this originally advertised on the Easy Allies podcast. Looks amazing though. Half expected the gameplay to be absolutely dire, but from what I've seen it actually looks pretty decent! Also has Simon Stalenhag had anything to do with this? Reminds me a lot of his work.
  12. The Rllmuk Metal Thread Part 2

    You're not wrong.
  13. Is "Game" finished?

It's this cack: https://www.belong.gg/ Basically e-games creche instore like the one at the Metrocentre.
  14. Oculus Rift (VR Headset)

You mean Currys? Comet has been defunct for years.
  15. Is "Game" finished?

The Metro Centre store has 1/4 to 1/3 of the store dedicated to multiplayer gaming, sofa and consoles to play stuff like Fifa on a 50" TV, a breakfast bar delight of 5 or so PCs to play stuff like Overwatch on. Couple of vending machines with snacks in. Costs per hour or in blocks (not sure on prices but £8-10 for a couple of hours rings a bell). Then there's the VR bit (with it's own till!) where you can pay to play VR games. Basically a crèche for kids.
