It’s a discovery game. Just fiddle around with everything you can see! All about trial and error. Look everywhere around you and press everything

    Roller Coaster Tycoon Classic 1 & 2 (iOS/Android)

So I’ve recently got back into this in a big way. I imported a decent sandbox scenario, edited it slightly to start with £10,000 and be locked to a park entrance fee (to give me a decent sense of progression), and pretty much made my best park ever. Little gardens everywhere, fences, buildings, well-themed coasters that loop around each other. What a wonderful game, and so relaxing to play Can’t get a full screenshot because I don’t have a computer with me...

    Planet Coaster

Does anyone still play this, or played it for any decent length of time? Is it absolutely the best coaster builder/theme park management game out there? I’m currently ridiculously addicted to RCT Classic on my iPad, but the limitations of the coaster and scenery designs are making it a little annoying. So, I don’t have a decent gaming PC. What’s the minimum spec computer that would play this with a large park, nice graphics, and no slowdown? Not interested in 1280x720 bullshit with 14fps because I wouldn’t bother playing it. Also: this is good, yeah?

Who is America? - Sacha Baron Cohen

First half was ‘OK’. The characters look promising, but the bits didn’t really achieve anything, and they weren’t funny bar a couple of lines. Second half was great. Because a cult British TV show did something similar 20 years ago isn’t a reason to never do it again. There’s an incredible skill in getting people to say these ridiculous things on camera, which will never cease to amaze me. The king of this genre is Nathan Fielder at the moment of course, so it’s interesting to see he’s involved in some way, and I’m looking forward to what else they have cooking up. Do your absolute worst please, guys.

Star Wars Episode IX (December 2019)

I hope Lando is exactly the same character we knew from ROTJ, otherwise the fanbase will undoubtedly need a spin off movie or TV series to explain what made him change over the last 30 years.

This whole persona is incredible. ‘Truthbrary’, indeed Loved this bit on the website: Now that’s some attention to detail.

Perhaps Vostok Inc? It isn’t 3D, and you’re not actually walking around on planets, but I found it was a relaxing way to spend five minutes/half an hour/several hours at a time exploring space.
  8. Enjoying this so far, seems right up my street. The art style is awful though. I don’t mind the 2D sprites in 3D space, but the horrible blurring and high contrast Instagram-style filter is ugly as sin.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi - December 2017

The iron shot would have been fine if we knew the back story of the iron. Who made the iron? What were its motivations? It really needed a good spin off film or TV series. As it is I just cannot get along with it.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi - December 2017

I feel I was given enough information in his dialogue and actions to know where his head was at and how he got there. There was even a flashback scene. Did you want a montage or something?

Mission: Impossible - Fallout (July 2018)

Whaaaaa. Number 3 is probably my favourite. PSH plays a wonderful bad guy, and there are some great action sequences. It took a bit of a dip with Ghost Protocol, but Rogue Nation was back on form. Glad this is getting some strong reviews.
  12. I’ve pre-ordered this to download it before release, because I’m away from home and the WiFi is shit. The only other games I’ve pre-ordered digitally were Destiny and No Man’s Sky, so some might say I haven’t had the best of luck in this arena.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi - December 2017

IIRC, they’re tracking from the lead ship. As in, the lead First Order ship is the only one tracking them. The plan was to break in and deactivate their tracker without them knowing.

Oh wow, amazing! Always wanted to play this, but because of its length I’ve always been a bit put off. The Switch will be perfect, and what a great price too. More of these, please!

Ultrawings is a wonderful game. Everyone should own that, especially for 9 quid. Then get a setup like I did:
