  3. @Napole0n I’m very sorry to hear this. I remember many fun nights playing PGR with him & yourself way back. Keep strong and my sincerest sympathy & condolences to his family & loved ones.
  4. That Raid tryout was great, frustratingly fun. Nice to make the acquaintances of Rusty, Jack and Sync. Think we got robbed in that final run through but we were getting real close.
  5. Thanks guys, I look forward to dying and rezzing with you all soon
  6. Hi all, can I get my request to join on Xbox approved please? The clan I was kindly joined to for Forsaken have all but stopped playing, it's normally just me and @moosegrinder (whom I suspect will also want to join as well). I have played Destiny since day 1, never actually done any Raids (anecdotally, the one time I tried with a previous clan on PS4 was a nightmare which put me right off as instructions from the 'pro players' were unclearly imparted) and seldom do Nightfalls (as I generally have no other buggers to play Destiny with), but I'm always up for a nice pootle around shooting stuff in the face and would like to get deeper into this.
  7. Nice to see Treyarch and Activision have been able to remaster Medal of Honor 2010's multiplayer.
  8. So, apparently The Damned Things released the follow-up to 2010's Ironiclast called High Crimes at the end of April and I didn't know. To be honest I'd ever given up hope of another album but as they were one of the best live bands I've seen I'm glad they have done it. On first listen I've really enjoyed it, although losing Rob Caggiano (lead guitars) and Josh Newton (bass) from the lineup but only adding Alkaline Trio's Dan Andriano (bass) has slightly changed their sound, but it still works, for me anyway.
  9. I’ve added both @AI1 and @Mr Tony into the PM thread.
  10. @Popo has kindly provided me with some steps so I'll PM them to you
  11. Any chance of getting some help as well please?
  12. This and Happy are currently my two must see TV programs. Absolutely amazing
  13. First episode of season 2 was great. The soundtrack especially so. And bloodskating could my new favourite Olympic sport.
  14. RIP American Inspector Spacetime

    RIP Keith Flint

Very sad, genuinely one of the best frontmen I've had the privilege of seeing. RIP
  16. It's potentially a COD-style F2P Battle Royale game from the people who brought you COD when it was at it's finest (rose tinted specs and all that ), could be massive. Just based off the shooting mechanics offered by TItanfall 1 & 2's guns against the last 10 COD games means it'll be good
  17. The album is great and could very well already be my album of 2019.
  18. This has been MORE of a mess than FO76, and that's saying something. Having to reboot after it hangs trying to get into the Tutorial mission when 10 minutes have passed, that's me out.
  19. Yes, especially for £4 extra.
  20. I eliminated all single votes and then arranged by most votes rather than overall points and it makes a very slight, but quite interesting difference overall for me. Shows what an eclectic and amazing taste in music we have in this community. Looking at the same by average shakes things up even more.
  21. Oh, I'm not suggesting that we replace the trad voting system, just that I'd like to see how those different measures change things.
  22. Thanks again @ngchol. Was thinking, is there anyway you can eliminate albums that have only received one person's vote? I'd be interested to see a shorter list that has two or more voters. Also, I'd be interested to have the top thirty albums filtered by average score as well.
  23. Buying these might help with that problem? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Controller-Attachments-Compatible-Nintendo-Controllers/dp/B071HM7CQM/ref=sr_1_22?ie=UTF8&qid=1545042488&sr=8-22&keywords=smash%2Bbros%2Bcontrollers&th=1
  24. Living and working in and around Brighton means I never stood a chance of not making video games my main hobby. West Street, the Arches and Palace Pier were always brimming with the latest 10p guzzling stand-up cabinets and 50p wonder cabinets. I spent many Sunday afternoons with my brother wasting my Dads money on his fortnightly visits playing through TMHT, Gauntlet and Smash TV. As for game shops, there were several which I frequented. You had the major retailers, the best of which was Virgin Megastore on Western Road, friendly staff who knew me and my brother, and were always good for the latest PAL releases because they’d give us staff discounted prices. The independent stores were good for imports. Consolevania on Trafalgar Street always had a good selection but it was pricey and small. However, TCM Games were my favourite. They originally started in a small unit in Jubilee Shopping Mall (what is now the Komedia on Gardner Street) before moving to a new shop up North Road next to the NCP. The couple who owned it were good people, and their kids were good lads who knew good games. Spent many happy hours (and £s) there. They’ve all gone now (apart from the pier, but even that’s rubbish now) and I always get a bit misty eyed at the shite that replaced these places from my youth when I walk down those roads.
