Make sure you maximise your crucible bounties and you should be fine. The 200 mark limit is annoying though, and not explained anywhere in game

I think it is 6-7 I if you seriously maximise your xp per hour. Playing through the story and doing bounties is the best way for normal people. 10 or so is what it took me I think.

Bounties are good for levelling quickly. Things like "melee 30 enemies without dying" are easy to do and give a decent chunk of Xp. I've read that 0-20 takes 6 or 7 hours if you power level.

Fair point about Skirmish. I haven't played much of that either. I use Gunslinger too, but often switch to Bladedancer for reviving purposes in strikes. Does that chest shorten the 30 wait timer for revives in the raid? That would be cool.

I don't see the appeal of a Hunter chest piece for quicker revives. Hunters can go invis and revive at their leisure.

Yeah, that's a great PvP perk

It's slower firing but does more damage. It is a good option for PvP if you hit your headshots. For PvE, it depends if you have a legendary secondary. Your upgraded shadow price still packs a punch.

I'm not disappointed by Suros again -I'm definitely in for that! This week Destiny has been kind to me. Praedrth's Revenge and Hawkmoon (I love Hand Cannons for PvE) from the raid, and now Suros from coins. Leveling them all will be a pain though...

I'll read up and can do tomorrow. This game is pretty fucking good. Not having matchmaking for the harder content is a genius move: forcing players to make little groups on places like this makes it much more satisfying. As Gaz notes above, the strike playlist (while a good addition) leads to experienced players bombing through. I'd hate to do that Templar fight with 5 no headset randoms

I saw that the mobile app only had 4 Van bounties. The website tower map also shows the bounty guy having 4 Van bounties, but with the Postmaster saying that he has a special bounty message for me. It's either a bug or bungie is giving everyone a special bounty... Can anyone with Destiny to hand have a check?
