It’s Holiday on the Buses.
About two minutes after this scene, the girl in the picture runs for a bus and her breasts pop out of her top*. Stan gawps at her and crashes the bus, resulting in him and Jack getting fired and ending up working at a Butlins style summer camp.
He gets a cheap holiday for the family, but while waving to Arthur and Olive, Arthur, bike, sidecar and family get run off the road resulting in their luggage ending up in the river. Later they end up painting their own chalet and blowing up a toilet.
* As I understand, if you did frame by frame advance, you could actually see her bare breasts for around 8 frames. Too far and you got back to Stan’s leering face. It could take some work to get the pause correct. So I was told.I’ve never seen the film.

Mr Joshua's boss, Mitchell Ryan has passed away aged 88. I always liked him Grosse Point Blank. Most will likely know him from Lethal Weapon but he appeared in over 130 features.

Has anyone seen the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre on Netflix?
I flicked through it earlier and while it didn't seem up to much, it didn't shy away from the gore. It's meant to be a direct sequel to original Tobe Hooper original and there are more than enough nods, including
SpoilerJohn Laroquette doing the narration, and the final girl from the original movie, returning as a sort of Sarah Connor badass.
It's barely 80 minutes, but does contain a scene on a bus that
Spoilercould rival the recent Malignant's jail scene. There's also a number of splintered bones, heads smashed in etc, and a great final fuck you - which you know is coming, but was still quite well done.
Given how low on blood and gore the original was, this goes in the complete opposite direction. Even just skimming through, there's way too many 'about to get chainsawed to death but a character you thought was dead is really still alive' moments. Maybe watch a highlights reel on YT.

Not sure if this is worthy of its own thread but it's worth a read.
QuoteIn The Tragedy of Macbeth, long-time Hollywood presence Joel Coen — who has 18 prior films to his credit — takes sole creative control of a project for the first time. The result, not unlike the tale of Macbeth itself, is a tragedy of epic proportions.
Macbeth is Joel Coen’s shittiest movie by several billion light years. If all the elephants in all the world crapped into the same canyon for 100 years, you would still not have a pile of shit half a large as Joel Coen’s dumb-as-a-dog-dick rendering of this classic tale.

House of the Dead: Scarlet Dawn has now been dumped.
Originally it was only working with Teknoparrot for those who have a patreon key. However, it can be run without TK at all. I had some trouble with the controls but finally got it working. Works well too, and looks very crisp.

By a country mile it has to be Stardew Valley. Absolutely charming, addictive and mostly relaxing. I bought it as the kids had started playing it but they soon gave up. I think I’ve lodged over 200 hours into somehow, and still not finished the game on my main save.
Pure brilliance.
