This is a completely normal thing to think about when talking about The Flash.

After seeing how The Flash was portrayed in this film, I would be shocked if he has ever read a single issue of the comic.

Quick Resume. As others have said, I'm just not seeing this. Even games that have the symbol will go through their full preloaded screens before I can start- none of the jumping in and out seen in demos. Currently shuffling between Fuser, Borderlands 3 and GoW.

Also, I've been using the standard batteries that came with the controller while I wait for rechargeable ones. They've been drained already and as much as I'd like to say I've had a week or intense play I'm lucky of n I've averaged 2 hours a day since getting the box on launch day.

My launch day batteries are only just about to run out and I have played on my Xbox Series for at least 4 hours a day since getting it.

Quick resume works about 80% of the time of me now as well, maybe you have just been unlucky with the games you have tried it on.

ha, I have the first two but I prefer reading manga on the iPad for some reason.

To be honest I prefer it too, I just find spending money on digital manga or comics such a waste of money.

I caught up with Bezerk! What a ride. I feel a bit bereft now, particularly as I've seen how infrequently new chapters are released.

Onto Blame! next I think, or Nausicaa

I've been trying to find somewhere to read Monster (Urasawa) online or in digital form but no luck. Anyone come across it?

Just buy the damn books, it’s far too good to read it using crappy scanlations.

I'd be having serious buyers remorse if I'd bought a Series S what with already having an Xbox 1 X right now.

As I sold my One X for pretty much the cost of a Series S just last week, I don’t have any buyers remorse at all.

Quick resume, faster loading and a completely silent machine more then makes the Series S a far nicer console to use.

My only slight concern is that the fan never seems to stop at all. Far from being hot, I've actually got cool air coming out of mine. It's been off since last night but is clearly still running a fan. If you put your hand next to the holes it's actually almost cold air, you can feel it versus room temp.

The fan doesn’t stop if it’s downloading stuff when it’s turned off in instant on mode.

It’s at the local office! Just around the corner! Come onnnnnn!

Mine too, now to spend the rest of the day, waiting for a knock on the door, while being unable to do anything else as I am just too damn excited.

I think the big problem is that the press and to an extent even us, have forgotten that the MS plan as much as they’ve publicised it, is to do something very different. Yet here we all are judging their output against our traditional expectations.

It’s not a surprise it’s happened because mindsets are hard to shift. What’s made it harder for MS is the loss of Halo as a flagship launch title which ultimately has been a stick to beat them with.

Any talk of them being ‘dead in the water’ is utterly ridiculous when you take their Gamepass strategy into account. Yes they will want the consoles to sell well but it’s all going to be about gamepass and the more millions of subs they get over the next few years the better for them.

Also, remember that whether you like gamepass or not it’s objectively a wonderful proposition for those without tons of disposable cash. As is a £250 console to play them on. I find people being delighted that their much more expensive game console (taking into account the unit and the extra costs of the games etc) is better out the gate to be a bit distasteful. (Not targeting that at any individuals in here. I’m sure you’re all lovely)

Gamepass is the only reason why I still play games these days.

As someone that has incredibly tight funds for frivolous things, I simply can’t afford to spend money on games that can cost upwards of £50.  Gamepass has been a blessing for someone like me, I can now choose from over 200 games for basically peanuts - even Gamepass at full price is still fantastic value.

Hell, through the early 90s they remained the main place to hang out and play Master System/Mega Drive/SNES games while your parents did interminably boring things like 'shop' in the town centre. Who needed an arcade when you had a Boots?

I used to skive off college and spend all day in Boots playing SFII and Mortal Kombat on the SNES in there, and yes I was kicked out of college, mainly due to doing this.

No I charged for delivery as well.

i was surprised to get that much to be honest, I was happy to accept £200 for it.

If anyone is looking to sell their one x, cex will give you 155 pounds and play for the postage. I imagine come Tuesday these things will be largely worthless. Iv got mine ready to sell on Monday via this method and the price is guaranteed for 7 days.

I managed to sell mine on eBay this week for £220.

One Piece good? Will it help fill the void left by, almost, catching up with Berserk?

It’s very different to Berserk, have you read Blade of the Immortal?

Claymore is on the Shonen Jump app though and that’s kinda like a watered down version of Berserk as you have to remember Shonen manga isn’t as violent or gory as Sienen manga like Berserk.

Can somebody please explain how Shonen jump £1.99 a month app works.

Can I read every chapter of, say, One Piece right from the beginning? Can I download to my iPad and read offline? Is it just like Marvel Unlimbers? Are there any restrictions?

Yes you can read every chapter of One Piece as well as all current titles in the Shonen Jump magazine.  There’s also a decent selection of older titles too.

You are allowed to download chapters to read offline.
