  1. Anyone know the original source of this image?
  2. General generalisation is general. There's a lot of talent queueing up and willing to do anything to get a job in AAA, especially as specialists in a chosen field. I'd agree that indie and mobile is definitely the go to place for developers with a more broad spectrum of talents/experiences though - there's not much room for that in AAA any more (or at least any real use for it).
  3. Been a while since I've been in these parts - probably the Crackdown 2 days... sorry about that one Anyway, I'll take this opportunity to share my new iOS title, Jack B. Nimble! It's a fast-paced, reaction-heavy platformer with a retro 8-bit/game boy aesthetic heavily borrowing from Castlevania (or Kid Dracula). It is available now on iOS for $1.99 - no ads, no in app purchases, just game You can grab it here: https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=918891211&mt=8 A bit more info... It's a score attack game where you have to run and jump gaps over
  4. How very dare they! I love my freaks. In fact it's about time I announced that I will be having a freak baby in the coming months - with a twist. I am going to abort it if our metacritic score is below 75.
  5. Yep, pretty fun. You're entitled to your own opinion
  6. Crackdown 2 will be released on July 6, 2010 in North America & July 9, 2010 in Europe
  7. I'm the bloke from down south - THEY'RE NOT ZOMBIES
  8. Yeah, this should be fun. Just need to avoid any talk of my crack addiction.
  9. I was being hypothetical hence "It would be easier to make nonchalant statements"... However it is interesting to see how passionate people are over something so small.
  10. Several reasons including memory constraints. It would be easier to make nonchalant statements like whether you'd prefer 4 player co op or morphing vehicles, but in all honesty... I don't think people are going to miss it enough to worry about.
