CMA's legal dude didn't do that great. He seemed a bit frustrated that he only had a couple of days notice about all of this - not because of CAT, but the CMA. 

On the timetable the judge decided he has had enough of this after feeling forced to buy DIablo IV and sided more with MS.

I've been watching a bit of this CAT live session (needed to download Teams app!) and the CMA don't seem too happy.

IANAL but wouldn't be surprised if reports will come out saying that the Judge was more in favour of Microsoft's arguments.

Legal dude for CMA looks a bit pissed off.

Not too surprisingly Microsoft want a hearing ASAP (next tweet in the thread shows a suggested timetable) but CMA wants more time to prepare.

Will Jez and others keep on amplifying Florian? Stay tuned. Suspect Tom Warren has known about him for a while. Some of those accounts trying to get IGN's Kat Bailey fired have been informed about him but still acting like weird shills.

Idas' posts on Resetera to me seem to be quite impartial and informative.

Florian Mueller? Not so much.

Played a bit of guilty gear this morning and got 3 achievements. Still reporting 0/3. This is after getting some achievements in FH5 a couple of weeks ago.

So annoying, may send a ticket if nothing registers within a couple of days.

Bought "Diablo Prime Evil Collection" last night so expect the acquisition to pass somehow.

Just before Carok Bridge northwest of Lookout Landing.

I went to that one before the glider. Went back to a main quest for a bit and unlocked the glider.

Personally wouldn't call that bad game design, if anything it reminds you there is an ability you haven't got yet.
