The PC versions of 3,4 and 5 have only been out for a few hours, and already the cursed content has begun hahahah -

My party was all just about level 50 but I was still struggling a bit there. A mate pointed out you have to home in on the two bosses weaknesses. Once I did that, I beat them first time -

"Finished". Absolutely loved every minute of it. Will invariably go back to finish all the sub stories and side activities. I haven't even touched the slot machines as I still can't get them to work on the PC version. -

Zero is the only one I've not played as yet. Kiwami is definitely bottom of my ranking for the PS4-era games. I did struggle with 3,4 and 5 at times (5 probably my favourite of those three, but it's so huuuuuge). Still enjoyed it, and the story stuff is worth it I think. -

The first boss in Kiwami is a real dick, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's put off many people from pursuing it further. Just stock up on health items and don't be ashamed to use them. He's a cheap arsehole. -

No, I'm a dummy. I just totally misread the original comment - I thought it said you get a new party member when you get to rank 1. My bad, apologies. -

Ah! Will check! EDIT: Nope... she's still rank 16 in clerk, 10 in dealer, 22 in Night Queen. Weird. -

Do you get the new party member for getting to rank 1, or do you need to do more in it first? I've just got to rank 1 and got orbital laser, but no extra member. -

Yeah I was trying out "Night Mistress" for Saeko, but I think I'm going to switch back to Idol. Similarly, I've been trying out Bodyguard for Ichiban, and I've had a similar experience. With Breaker, that Windmill attack was brilliant, especially if you time it so the enemies are as close together as possible. I'm on PC as well, and I've not had any issues running it (60fps in 1080p on an RX580), but there are some niggles. The biggest is that NONE of the arcade games (except UFO catcher) work at all. It just goes to a black screen and the frame of the machine. Lots of folks on Steam report -

Best thing about the Idol job is that some of the attacks "charm" enemies so they don't attack anyone. -

The Windmill ability can end fights with similar or lower level enemies in the first turn. I can recommend the "Night Mistress" job for Saeko when you unlock it. Lots of her techniques brainwash enemies so they start attacking each other. -

Yeah I found this as well. My solution was to enable Xbox config in the settings, and then launch via big picture mode. Pain in the butt though. I've been streaming it via Steamlink and it works brilliantly, despite claiming not to be optimised. I've not played PC games in years. I wanted to stream some, but whenever I change window focus all the sound mutes. It feels like this shouldn't be expected behaviour. Am I mistaken? -

There's usually an item you get that reduces random encounters. During the main game in the rest of the series, it's usually worth doing the fight for advancement. When you're leveled up quite high they usually only last a few seconds anyway haha. I expect LAD will have a similar item show up eventually -

That whole opening section of 5 with Kiryu in Fukuoka is absolutely stellar. The characters are so sympathetic. I want his boss at the taxi firm as my boss. As others have said, don't skip the taxi missions, as there's tons of great stuff in there. I rinsed all of the side content in that first section, but less so in the latter chapters. In particular, I skipped out of the as quickly as I could. I really enjoyed the Haruka section as it's such a change of pace. It meshes nicely with the rest of the story eventually. I think my playthrough for it ended up being about 45 h -

Aside from not enjoying much of his work for many many years, the thing that really annoys me about Moore and the whole "grump" persona is how he allowed it to balloon so much and eclipse his collaborators. The way the focus of the press over the years has been focused on him, it's like the artists and others he works with don't exist. It's a collaborative artform, and I worry that anyone associated with any of Moore's major works suffers a bit these days from the association. I'm glad Dave Gibbons has been pro-active in maintaining some level of involvement in Watchmen properties, not least b -
They share DNA, but they're totally different in tone. Don't skip the sub stories - that's were the craziness and the true joy of Yakuza lies.

FINALLY finished 5. Bloody hell that really does go on and on doesn't it? 43 hours - 12.5% complete. I did almost all of Kiryu's side stuff in Fukuoka (I loved the Taxi missions) but with the others I didn't really do much side stuff at all. I started the last chapter of the finale this morning at 9.30am and finished at about 12.15pm. No save points! Bloody hell. Enjoyed it more than 3 or 4. Went back to Kiwami 2 tonight to test out some streaming stuff and mop up some side stuff. Wow, even at 30fps, everything is so much tighter and smoother. Got 6 downloaded and ready to start -
