I'm fine with heights if I feel secure, so no problems when in an aircraft, or inside a tall building (or on top if there are secure barriers - such as the Empire State Building as an example). It's where there's a possibility of falling that it gets me - even where falling would be les likely (such as perhaps there's a barrier, but it's only four feet high or something).

Possibly. All I remember is that some of the aiming sections (particulalry a room with some big stone hands) were annoyingly difficuly (for me at least) using the GC controller, so I assumed they were designed for the Wiimote.

I’ve just bought myself a Switch, which should arrive this week. The first Nintendo console I’ve bought (for myself) since the original 3DS. I’ve been having a hankering recently to catch up on the Zelda and Mario titles I’ve never played (the last Zelda for me was Twilight Princess, which I didn’t finish because I found some sections too awkward on the GameCube version - it felt like it was really built around the Wii controller). One of my sons is a big Ninty fan and has had Wii, Wii-U, and Switch, so I’m hoping he’ll let me borrow his Switch carts.

Is that like the technique where, if you're in a lift plummeting down the shaft in freefall, you should jump in the air a split-second before it hits the bottom in order to be safe?

This turned up on Netflix yesterday. While I make no claims to it being a great movie (although its enjoyable enough), the subject matter and the way the movie uses it meant my heart was in my mouth pretty much the whole time - it was really stressing me out!
