I completed the main story last night. I was expecting to complete it next week but, while exploring Hyrule Castle, I came upon Ganon unexpectedly so just went for it. Parrying his lasers was the winning, albeit very hit and miss, strategy, so it was a good job I was carrying a LOT of food. The final phase became very frustrating when my arrows were doing nothing (and the horse was controlling like a right POS) but then I realised that I’d somehow accidentally swapped to a normal bow and it was over pretty quickly after that. Still an absolute ton of stuff still to discover in the game, but I’ll probably jump straight into TotK next.

Oh, definitiely. I'm not going to start TotK until I've finished the main BotW quest. I just have a FOMO feeling because it's likely going to be next week before that happens.

My copy is sat taunting me on my desk. But I've not finished BOTW yet (and when I say finished, I mean the main story. I've barely touched all the other stuff that's undoubtedly still to be discovered. I'm in Hyrule Castle with all four Divine Beasts done, so I can maybe get it out of the way soon though).

I'm more concerned about how the Statue of Liberty has somehow decayed to reveal a skull, and also - how the hell has it ended up in the streets of Manhattan?! Is there some sort of Cloverfield crossover going on?
