I wanted to try a female paragon, so i downloaded a save from the internet, I did however want my custom created face on the character so I got the code from the squad menu. But when I input it in the custom screen it's nothing like my Shepherd. She has different hair, eyes, face, different everything. it looks like the sliders for the 2 game are different so it will be fun trying to get a new code.

took me hours to get it the way I liked in ME 1 :quote:

Nowhere near I'm afraid! I can't play games like this for the kind of lengthy sessions other people do, so it will probably take me a while. Sometimes I can make it through a whole mission before having to turn off, but others I have to find a spot to save partway through - depends how intense the action is.

I've been keeping myself away from this thread, moreso now that people are finishing. Suffice to say though the game is absolutely superb and I'm loving every mildly nauseous moment of it.

(In case anyone is wondering, this is all regarding motion sickness).

It's been brilliant fun so far, but I'm nearing the point of no return with this and have increasingly little cash to spend on a rather large number of upgrades still available in several shops. I've done all the loyalty and side missions that seem to be available: does anyone have any tips on ways to rake in a little extra cash so that I'm fully ready for the end game?

I'll probably finish it tomorrow evening - I've not had enough time this week to do it justice, although I may get onto the last section tonight. It's obviously going to be GOTY, so I don't want to skip anything (expect those planet-scanning parts, which I still hate).

Buy those star charts on Ilium and just visit each planet at least once. If an anomaly is detected, scan it and do the mission. You'll get cash rewards for each N7 mission you complete.

I have just one regret about not having the PC version (and given my PC died yesterday, it's somewhat lessened now anyway) - I wish I could take screenshots on the 360. I just really want a shot of that sublime, smug-as-all-hell "Fuck you" smirk on Shepard's face after she cuts off the final conversation. You just know she's thinking "I just saved the fucking galaxy. Again." http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y139/Chantinelle/Avatars/emot-smug.gif

I bought the charts but forgot what systems they add to your galaxy map, could someone list them please? There were three of them. I don't want to go digging about google or wikia in fear of coming across spoilers

I swear, games without character creators just don't make me care half as much these days.

It's strange, I've got to a point now where I've been told to do the mission of no return (
Spoiler
) so I know the actual story isn't too far off from being finished.

But at the same time, it really feels like the Galaxy has only just opened up to me fully, and I still need to pick up 2 more on my team.

I just got to that same point with the exact same feeling. I'd done a few planet-based missions and wanted to go and explore for a while. Then I get called into the conference room and sent off to the
Spoiler
with no say in the matter. I didn't want to do that yet, let alone go looking for the
Spoiler
! :quote:

I've remembered that the worst thing I can do in a game like this is to focus on doing missions rather than assignments. Hopefully it isn't too late for me to arrange to conveniently disappear for a while...

It's okay, you can ignore the second thing you marked indefinitely. Once you do go there though, yeah, you've really only got time for two more missions tops before your dilly-dallying has consequences.

That's some moustache you have there james :quote:

I just spent 2 hours on the character creator and I've finally got my femshep's face onto a downloaded ME1 save. The mouth is a tiny bit different but all in all I'm happy enough with it.

try this out, get your character ID thingy and then enter it into a profile but off the opposite sex, you get some crazy results!

Just finished it off tonight in what was the most intense, nerve-wracking, stressful couple of hours of videogaming I've ever had.

Spoiler

In a week or so, I'll be starting a complete ME1/2 playthrough and seeing if I can get everybody through this time.
