Anyone remember Warzone 2100? It was a great RTS game released in 1999 for PC and Playstation. One of the best features was the ability to design your own units. I wasted many, many hours playing it when I was at university.
And now I've just discovered that some people are carrying on with the development for free ... http://wz2100.net/ ... Warzone 2100 2. It plays really well on my PC here (although I've only gone through the tutorial map so far). |

I just lost 90 minutes to this game
and I'm playing without sound because this build and my soundcard don't get on much... |

Yeah.. I've just lost about the same to a skirmish map. There were loads of things still to research at the end too.

I loved the original on PS1 - the ability to design units was ace.
