I think some people are missing the point or are thinking about this too much. Many of the games in my list I haven't played in quite a while, yet hand on heart I would class them as a favourite of mine of all time. People are bound to look through the lists and go "What the fuck do you like that crock of chit for?!" Yiggy, just go over your gaming life and when you get that "Wow! Yeah, that one was fantastic." feeling stick it on the list, then sort it. It's a lot easier than people think.

Too right. I've just gone for favourite. Games aren't just about quantifiable 'goodness', it's about games that hold memories. It's like how you hear a really terrible song from the early '90s and wonder how you liked it, but secretly all the memories it holds make it great to listen to - regardless of the music. The 'experience' isn't just about the game...

terra nova: strike force centauri and red baron were not in my list (as well as world cup 90, which i realised last night)!

i've been thinking about this and i have come to a conclusion:

i'm taking out rad mobile, shutokou highway battle and NARC in order to put them in. it's close, but it has to be done!
