There's only 6.

I haven't seen the film, so there might be something I'm missing...

I need to see that film.

Its so high up on imdb.

But I don't want to spend 20 to buy it and no where seems to rent it.

Excellent stuff. The Kill! cover is particularly striking. Meanwhile, continuing with the samurai theme...

Again, very simple, but all the better for it. The rippled, paper-like texturing on Delon's flesh sets it off wonderfully.

Yeah, there's 6 actual samurai and then Katsushiro, the young wannabe who tags along.

They're all samurai, or ronin at least. You're born into the class.

I was going to make some quip about the 7th one being a dog called Timmy, but I think the reality is, in both covers one samurai is simply left out for no particular reason other than they're the stills from the film they liked best and they weren't in them.

This is probably my favourite of DVDs that I own, I bought it blind because I loved it so much. Good job the film lived up to it really.

Criterions are nearly always nice, but that Green For Danger one M. Hulot posted up there is stunning.

I've always liked this Get Carter one...

And whilst searching for that, found this rather wacky pop art style one that I'd not seen before...

I'm a sucker for the traditional painted montage style.

Me too. :)

Man, that Hellboy poster's better than the movie.
