Hi all here are the rules and fixtures for the SC2 league.
Rules:
Scheduling:
- Every week I will post a fixture list in a new thread. The fixture list will contain all the games you are expected to play in the week (2 per week, minus those weeks you are playing a "bye", due to uneven numbers).
- It will be down to you and your opponent to decide what time is best for you during the week to play.
- PM me or e-mail me the date and time of your games. I will add them to a google calendar (below).
- If you expect to be late for a scheduled game, e-mail me and your opponent.
- If you don't let your opponent know that you will be late and are more than an hour late for a game, you will automatically forfeit the match.
- If you're unable to schedule a game in the week it is assigned, you have 2 weeks to "catch up". Please be gentlemanly with this - if you are unable to play and the other player is available, please "own up" and forfeit the match.
- If your schedule is crazy or something, we can bend the above rule so that you can have a bit more time to play. It is at my discretion whether we do or not though.
I've put these "time bound" fixtures in so that we can keep the games moving without too much disruption.
Games:
- Each game will be a best of 3
- The first map will be Xel'Naga Caverns.
- The second map will be loser's choice.
- The third map will be loser's choice.
- Disconnections will be decided between the players as to whether they will forfeit or re-match.
The map pool is restricted to current ladder maps.
Special Rules:
Any disagreements or problems: I will be the final decision maker.
General Note:
I have put the above rules as guidelines - if there are any problems with the schedule or attending games, let me know and we will sort something out!
Also, we had the best turn out in the cup games for spectating etc on Sundays.
Don't forget the RLLMUK chat channel on starcraft2 - we can use that for spectators etc.
