So I was at the London Toy Fair a couple of weeks back and got talking to a fair few companies about the games they're working on for 2011. There was the usual licensed guff, a million Twilight games, for example, but what really surprised me was when I wandered onto the Ravensburger stand.

They're not really known for their games here in the UK - they're probably more famous for their jigsaws - but they're a big player in the gaming market, especially in Germany. One of their most loved titles is Labyrinth, a cracking little tile- sliding game where you move around a shifting board trying to grab treasure. It's 25 years old this year, and they've got a limited edition tin box version coming out as well as... Well... A 3D variant. That's covered in Avatar branding. What the fuck? And I have a review copy on the way - how could I say no?!

Is this the oddest licensed game you've heard of? More examples of utter shit, please! (Or even amazing licensed efforts, if you can find them!)

Oh my God, that Dallas game was one of the most tragic Christmas presents I ever received.

I saw this today. It's The Office (US) version of Cluedo, where you have to find out who killed Toby?!?!??!!?

For a start Toby doesn't die in the TV show and while there's been a good number of games to feature in The Office, Cluedo isn't one of them.

Maybe not the oddest licensing decision of our time, but certainly the cruelest:
