As per the subject description. CAn we use this thread to post up results for me to keep track. Feel free to elucidate on those matches in the thread in discussion but a central place for me to pick them up easily is nice.

sith 2-1 Jiro

Now in every Rllmuk tournament I have been knocked out by the same character everytime - Blanka. So when I got paired against Jiro I knew I was going to lose. The little green bastard gives me nightmares and combine that with Jiro's solid Blanka and my rustyness I didn't really put up much of a fight. Losing 2-0 with Ken and 2-1 with Ryu.

Thankfully the format saved me. I won both randoms first my Abel beat Jiro's Zangief and then my Fei-Long defeating Dhalsim. Tough luck for Jiro there, horrible characters to get if you don't play as them.

SO IT WAS A MOTHERFUCKING DAN OFF!!!!

Which I won 2-0 despite never using Dan in my life, really good fun games tho :)

Cheers Jiro, enjoyed that session a lot.

I thought we had to stick with our chosen character in the first match? I'm confused again.

Nah, there was never any character lock or declaration rule. Round 1 is just pick who you want for all three games (or all two games). The confusion is probably because it has been referred to as "Main vs Main" elsewhere, but I think that was just because it's assumed that people will pick their main given the choice.

But yeah, pick who you like in the first set (three different characters if you want), then random select, then Dans.

Well played Sith. When Jiro told me he beat you in the character select I was amazed. Looks like you came good in the next rounds though. Glad to hear it doesn't feel like too many matches. My sadness will be as I am playing Joffo I don't think a DAN OFF will be involved.

If my match goes 2-0 or 0-2 I'm going to request the Dan Off anyway.

Also Donk, tonight at 10PM as suggested is good for me.

Chunners 2 - 1 Rose
Randoms 3 - 0 Inferior Randoms
Dan X - X Dan (can't remember, probably didn't win though :D)

JLM wins at fighting. The FT10 we had afterwards (Chun/Rose) was 10-5 to Chun with a couple of perfects thrown in for good measure. Good stuff!

Cherry vs Jonster

Fei 2 Rose 0

Randoms:

Dudley 2 Blanka 0

(And then it all goes a bit wrong)

Seth 0 El Fuerte 2

Sakura 0 De Jay 2

DAN OFF

Dan Pez 2 Danster 1

All got very tight towards the end there! Damnable Capcops and their vile random machine! (Need to become a proper rllmopper and learn a bit of Sakura evidently!)

GG's Jonster see you online again soon.

Hegg 2 - 1 Cale

Honda 2 - 0 Sakura/Gouken
(randoms) 2 Deejay/Makoto- 0 Seth/Rufus
(dandoms) 0 - 2

Straight rounds victories in the first two matches made the Dan off an irrelevance but we played it anyway. Cracking set of matches afterwards.

Well played, sir. :)

Hoodedclaw(Shaolin Temple) vs MestizolUK(Wu Tang Clan)
Hyper P (Shaolin Temple) vs CrispyPorkBelly (Wu Tang Clan)
Spuckuk (Shaolin Temple) vs Nutcasey (Wu Tang Clan)
Nate Dog III (Shaolin Temple) vs Camel (Wu Tang Clan)
Hegg (Wu Tang Clan) vs Cale (Shaolin Temple)
Alistarr (Shaolin Temple) vs Dood (Wu Tang Clan)
Jiro (Shaolin Temple) vs Sith (Wu Tang Clan)
GC Zombie (Shaolin Temple) vs Imp (Wu Tang Clan)
Strawdonkey (Shaolin Temple) vs JLM (Wu Tang Clan)
Carlito (Wu Tang Clan) vs Blipwoo (Shaolin Temple)
Uzi (Wu Tang Clan) vs Dave White (Shaolin Temple)

Is that everything so far? And Patronsaint is straight into round 2 of the winners bracket?

Edited to include the result of Joffo vs. FocusTauntDave.

This persistent misspelling of my username is most upsetting. It's like you all hate me. Or at least are all persistently copy-pasting Blockstring's initial error. But I'm going with you hating me.

Does the song go 'na-na-na-na-naaaa, it's the one and only dee oh single gee'?

It was a copy and paste on my part. Don't test my G-Funk knowledge. Also, it only says "one and only" if you're listening to a radio edit. I'm beginning to suspect that you, sir, are shook. Need I remind you that there is nary such a thing as a half way crook? NEED I?

I used to run the acapella over house records. Hip-hop acapellas are normally released as b-sides to CD singles and are more often than not the radio edits so that would make sense. My Eminem 'Real Slim Shady' acapella is clean too and it bothers me greatly.

I only just noticed that your Words with Friends name is natedoggiii - it's almost certain people will think that is "Nate Doggiii" like "Nate Doggie" only with a spelling gayer than my dad.

Unlucky.

wu tang clan, apparently, are no kind of thing which which one ought to F.

nice try with pretending that you intentionally put all the best players in the wu tang half of the draw, by the way.

Given you are in Shaolin I would have thought it was obvious - ahhh man though just realised Killer Bees that has you written all over it. I don't even know if Killer Bees was Wu Tang I was never really into my hippity hop hop except maybe Ruthless Rap Assasins and Pharcyde and The Goats but other than that my knowledge is sparse.
