Looks pretty swish to me, the menus look much nicer and are far more fluid. In game, some of the aerial balls look abit floaty and the balance of some players looked like Niko from GTA4. I also read that you can control off the ball players during set pieces now too.

Really looking forward to it.

The players look like baby giraffe running around, and they all seem to have massive clown feet.

In terms of gameplay, these videos always seem to be the worst players in the world playing it.

Congratulations to Tobert & his missus on the birth of their son!! :)

Well done mate - now the fun begins! Just ask Steely/Baring - playing BAP and feeding the bubba at the same time is an art!

Amen! Devils haha

Congrats Tobes, no sleep for you. But the silver lining is you'll have more console time than you ever have (as an adult). Yay!

Congrats Tobes, I became a Jedi Master at balancing feeds from a bouncer.

You too will learn the ways, Padawan.

I'm glad those days are long gone! As well as the days of my daughter hitting the eject button on my 360 mid-match!

Thankfully my little dingbat hasn't found the button for the Ps4 (In his defence it took me a while myself!), I make sure the room is vacated before before I change any disks.

I had to barricade my 360 when playing and when I wasnt playing make sure it was powered off at the wall, I learnt the hard way though as it was after I had to fish out digestive biscuits and coffee mats from my 360 disc tray.

Baring! I don't know what your talking about gaming time going up? Mine has plummeted! Watching shite on TV though was at an all time high.

Likewise! When I first got it I had to ask my flatmate :D

Now we definitely need to move to PS4. Clubs mode removed from retro gen:

Nah man, just resources like it says: gets rid of bugs, server space, disk space etc.

It's not down to popularity or a next gen ruse.

Finally got round to modding my Dual Shock 4 with the XBox One sticks. Feels like the perfect controller now.

My sticks are utterly fucked now, they have been fraying since about week one but finally go round to buying some covers for them. hope they are not shit, but the probably are because they cost about 3 quid.

How much did the sticks cost? Was it much a faff to switch them?

Sticks were a few quid, well worth it since the XB1 sticks are slightly longer in the stem, so it feels quite nice!

If you don't mind taking the pad apart, it's actually pretty straight-forward. I removed the spring from the shoulder buttons as well to remove a little of the tension.

You guys are mental. The pad is great as it is.

Dunno how sticks erode like, I've played hundreds of hours on mine and they are fine. Must be a Fifa thing? I don't play much of that.

My sticks are gubbed as well.

I was in Argos last week (where I bought my PS4 from), they said if I bring in my PS4 controller with the receipt, then they will do an instant exchange for a new pad.

That does look good like, I might have to invest.

EDIT: He mentions a replacement battery, a quick Google says you can swap out the battery for one that has twice the life.
