That's a fabulous looking piece of meat. Rump's a hellishly tricky thing to roast, but that looks grand.

If you missed Ribstock (like I did), Grillstock in Bristol will probably fill the void. I think it's some time in June.

This looks amazing, I'd never have heard of it unless you mentioned it. Cheers.

Think I'll give the chilli eating comp a swerve though.

First time making the pastry/skins - I've always bought the pre-made stuff before.

Looks good, I was planning on making some dumplings this week too, even bought some flour to try making the skin myself as well!

Cheers. Minced pork, ginger, spring onion, salt, soya sauce, egg white, sesame oil and some ground pepper.

My turn for dumplings!

...I don't think it's worth the extra effort compared to buying the skins to be honest!

Hello folks, been admiring the food pics in here for a while now and thought I'd get involved despite my lack of culinary/camera skills.

Anyway, this was filllet steak in a red wine/balsamic reduction with sweet potato chips and broccoli. Sorry for the shonky instagram bollocks. Hopefully better to follow.
