Good on ya Minista.
Minced steak and onion pie with mash. Might not look great but tasted lovely.
Roast beef dinner, beef served nice and blushing. Adding garlic to the green beans and spring greens makes a wonderful addition.
So I made some hunters chicken tonight, it was incredible:
What is Hunter's Chicken? Chicken, bacon, cheese, but what is that sauce?
Hunters chicken is BBQ sauce though I used this recipe which has a slightly different sauce:
Roast beef (picanha) which was so awesomely delicious!

That's a fabulous looking piece of meat. Rump's a hellishly tricky thing to roast, but that looks grand.
Tonight I made some mozzarella meatballs with the same sauce from last night.
Cooked it for three people, was shitting myself!
This weekend I was lucky enough to go to Ribstock.
The Rib Man
Tonight I made a Pulled Pork Crust Pizza, thanks to a suggestion from Oli.
And now I'm fucking desperate for some BBQ goodness you fecker! All looks amazing. Have a +1 for making me feel hungry when I've already eaten too much.

If you missed Ribstock (like I did), Grillstock in Bristol will probably fill the void. I think it's some time in June.
This looks amazing, I'd never have heard of it unless you mentioned it. Cheers.
Think I'll give the chilli eating comp a swerve though.
Got a right bargain on some tuna steaks, 600g for less than £4!
Served with Caesar salad

Minstrels, buy this. Make the burger buns. Rejoice. Then make everything else.

Made some Jiaozi Today, half veggie and half pork - will be cooking them up after the footy...
First time making the pastry/skins - I've always bought the pre-made stuff before.
Looks good, I was planning on making some dumplings this week too, even bought some flour to try making the skin myself as well!

Dumpling confidence growing...just made some Wonton for Tonight
Those look really good, what have you filled them with?
Cheers. Minced pork, ginger, spring onion, salt, soya sauce, egg white, sesame oil and some ground pepper.
did you make the skins for those yourself as well?

My turn for dumplings!
...I don't think it's worth the extra effort compared to buying the skins to be honest!
