I thought id take some time to collect together all the threads that hold usefull cooking information that has been collected in the folder.. I was going to make one thread with all the basic recipies in, but instead i'll link to the threads, as there would be far too many recipies to put in one place.

This is a work in progress, I'll add more as I get time, feel free to add little hints and tips, such as how to tell if an egg is off etc.. maybe we could have this stickied too?

:( Some good memories in those threads, especially the Egg Poaching one. Also, I kicked ASS in that argument about whether you can call yourself a veggie if you eat fish (you can't).

 (Smug Smiley) Ah yeah.

Mexican, bread, stock all on the list, for when I get a spare minute.

Also spices and things like that.. Hopefully if everything is in one place, then new people coming into the folder will find it easier to jump into the discussion and we can get this part of the forum a little busier.

I should really update this.

If anyone is doing a search and finds some stuff, post it up here in a category. I'll try to do the same and then add them all to the first post.
